Amara Jewelers wishes to provide you with the most secure delivery possible for your jewelry, from your order confirmation to your package showing up promptly at your doorstep.

Amara's delivery process is split into two steps: 

• Processing time: Involves order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our supplier, who takes special care to ensure your order is dispatched within 24 hours after it is placed. The supplier and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
• Shipping time: This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your address! International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped via what is called e-Packet, a US Postal Service (USPS) product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination (you!) but can take longer from time to time.

Our maximum delivery time for all orders is no more than between 1-3 weeks. This is our guarantee, barring delays due to holiday seasons like Christmas. We are actively working towards shortening our fulfillment process so that you get a piece of the Amara experience as soon as possible.
